HD vision, small ports and ultrasonic sealing — so most patients walk the same day and go home in 24–48 hours when clinically fit.
Three to four 5–10 mm ports instead of a long open cut.
Precision sealing keeps bleeding and wound pain lower.
Work and diet usually resume in days, not weeks.
Imaging and fitness first, then a written surgical plan — not a one-size OT slot.
Ultrasound-confirmed stones or polyps, then keyhole cholecystectomy with same-day walking.
